I have spent my life as a coach for outdoor adventures, and 1 have always loved how much we can learn about ourselves by taking part in adventures in nature. Through my life, I realised that I wanted to be doing more and spent 2 years looking for a way to use my coaching skills to work online.

When 1 found an opportunity to work with a company that has True Health as it's mission statement, and a training platform developed by some of the most fantastically genuine people I know, I knew that I had found my place.

Within my first year of working online, I went all in and started full time as soon as I could. The reason I am able to support people with making a shift into a new life of conscious choice is that I have pushed myself into this space at every opportunity I have created.

I now get to spend every day helping people to make positive choices about their lives. We can be, do, and have anything we want in this world, but it's up to us to create it!!

An online business should provide you with the flexibility to actually enjoy your time, not have you glued to your phone and certainly NOT on repeat explaining and doing the same things. We deserve space for creativity to express ourselves and tap into the potential we know we have.
To live a truly liberating life, we should feel passion and pride in what we do. That passion and pride will mean that work becomes flow and flow becomes wealth - on all levels.
